Brief Introduction to Rubber Float

In the year of 2008, under the instruction of experts of CCCC TIANJIN DREDGING CO., LTD. and CCCC SHANGHAI DREDGING CO., LTD. we successfully developed a new product---rubber float which filled the national blank. At present, the rubber float has been awarded the national patent certificate and put into production in mass. The exterior of rubber float possesses the same performance with rubber tyre while the interior is filled with macromolecule foam. Used as the float of offshore discharging pipeline, it owns the advantages in terms of buoyancy, impact-resistance, aging-resistance and cold-resistance and boasts a good substitution of traditional steel float and polythene float.

Compared with plastic one and steel one, the rubber float possesses the advantages of light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, low transportation cost, long duration, small windage area, high wave-resistance and overturn-free. What’s more, it is suitable for the sea area with huge surge. While using the rubber float, you needn’t worry about the collision and transportation on water.

The rubber covering of float adopts high-quality aging-resistant agent and rubber of German Bayer. It is easy to repair with high corrosion-resistance, good aging-resistance and long duration. Through physical test, the properties as abrasion-resistance index, aging-resistance index and stretch-breaking coefficient can match large tyre.

With macromolecule foam as interior filling, it is aging-resistant, hydrolysis-proof and cheap. Even if the covering is broke, the pipeline will not sink down.

The rubber float enjoys a low production cost and a long duration of over 10 years.
